Mayhem’s Misfits: Miriel
Miriel is the first of a group of adventurers commissioned by a person whose handle is Mayhem (the “Mayhem’s Misfits” is my own invention. I did these over a rather long period of time - once a month, or so - but I love doing groups because the characters tell you more about themselves when placed in context with the rest of their party.
Mirel was based on old photos of the player’s glamorous mom in her youth. The campaign was described to me as very dark, moody and lethal, so my first few sketches of Miriel were modestly proportioned, and resulted in poor Mayhem having to be the go-between as the player explained that she wanted really visible curves at bust and waist. (A good rule of thumb: by default, all PCs are just really, scorchingly, would-make-you-stop-and-stare-IRL hot. If the client says they’re a 6 on a 1-10 scale, they’re at least an 11.)
Miriel is a half-elf druid of a simple and unassuming nature. She and her party are on a dangerous quest, in which none are guaranteed to survive.
